Performance Characteristics
Suitable for copper surface cleaning, copper surface roughening and copper surface thinning；
The etch rate of copper surface is stable and can be adjusted by hydrogen peroxide concentration；
Stabilizer with excellent performance shall be adopted. Hydrogen peroxide has excellent stability;
It is suitable for occasions with high chloride ion（＜30ppm）；
A separate stabilizer version can be provided with lower use cost.
