Performance characteristics
This series of electroplating additives is suitable for simultaneous electroplating through blind holes and high-speed electroplating of gantry line and VCP line.
CP6106 is suitable for flexible printed circuit board electroplating, and TP can be higher than 150%.
CP6107 has wide current range and high hole filling capacity, and TP can reach 80%. When 6107 is used for VCP, it is not easy to produce anode mud, and it can be cleaned once every 5-6 months.
CP6108 is a pulse plating additive, which is suitable for pulse plating with high thickness diameter ratio. 3.0mm plate thickness, 0.25mm hole diameter, TP value up to 100%.
